HSE Business Club in China: Student Entrepreneurs Travel to the Economic Hub of Asia
HSE Business Club organised a unique trip to China for the Russian student entrepreneurial community. As part of their business mission, participants held a series of meetings with representatives from leading universities, entrepreneurs, and top managers of both national and international companies. They explored the specific features of the Chinese business landscape and gained valuable insights into the workings of one of the world's key economic centres.

‘I See a Great Need for Organisations That Support Russian and Chinese Businesses’
Anastas Karagadaev, a graduate of the master’s programme ‘Science, Technology and Innovation Management and Policy’ at the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) at HSE University, achieved significant career success even during his student years. Back then, he actively participated in the Laboratory for Science and Technology Studies at ISSEK and founded his own start-up. Currently, he is working on developing projectswithin the Russia–China Centre for Innovation Cooperation in Nanjing.

HSE University Representative Office Launches Promotion Campaign in the Asia–Pacific Region
The HSE University Representative Office in the Asia–Pacific Region (APR) is launching a campaign to promote academic cooperation opportunities in the region. The programme has been initiated by Bima Ramadhani, head of the representative office, and graduate of HSE University in St Petersburg. The programme focuses on expanding cooperation with both Indonesian universities and other educational institutions within the Asia–Pacific region.

Zaruhi Hakobyan Shortlisted for HSE Alumni Awards

Zaruhi Hakobyan, master’s graduate of the HSE University Faculty of Economic Sciences and research scientist at the University of Luxembourg, is involved not only in research but also in organising academic events for young scientists and students. As a foreign graduate of HSE University, Zaruhi was nominated for the HSE Alumni Awards ‘for her tireless enthusiasm in popularising economic science, teaching, and research at the international level’ and made the shortlist.
